1. Purpose and professional audience
The Espace Sécurité website is an information and quotation catalogue for companies, public bodies, installers, HSE managers, maintenance departments and other professionals in Morocco. It is not a consumer online shop.
2. Catalogue and quotation
Product pages support selection. Unless expressly stated in an accepted quotation, information, illustrations, availability and lead times are not a contractual offer. Price, variant, quantity, required conformity, delivery and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation.
3. Selection and use of equipment
The professional customer must verify that a product is appropriate for the risk, installation, dimensions, voltage, class, standards and site procedures. Commissioning and use must be entrusted to qualified persons and follow instructions, periodic checks and applicable rules.
4. Proper use of forms
You must provide accurate information that is useful to the request and that you are authorised to communicate. Submit only necessary business contact details. Do not send sensitive, private or unrelated third-party data, or unlawful, malicious or automated content. Anti-spam controls may block abusive submissions.
5. Data and privacy
A natural person's contact details remain personal data even when used at work. Processing is described in the privacy policy. Nothing in these terms excludes duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Intellectual property and availability
The site's text, structure and graphic elements may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Espace Sécurité may correct or update the catalogue and does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, while taking reasonable steps to maintain the service.
7. Automated access and artificial-intelligence uses
Public pages may be indexed by search engines, cited with a direct link, used for factual AI retrieval and used for model training. This limited permission does not authorize bulk product extraction, reconstruction of the database or catalogue, feed replication, commercial republication, resale, removal of attribution, or the use of automated agents to copy the product range into another service. Those uses require prior written permission. Rate limits, access controls and anti-abuse measures may not be bypassed.
Unless stated otherwise, rights in original texts, taxonomy, selection, arrangement and catalogue presentation are reserved. Third-party rights in certain images or documents remain with their respective owners.
8. Applicable law and contact
